PRMIS Mobile uses the FileMaker Go (FM Go) iPad App. As with any App, sometimes it locks-up or acts strangely. When this happens, try stopping FM Go by going to the App Switcher, sliding FM Go up and off the top of the screen, select the Home Screen, and log back in.
